Club House Rules and Hours

The following is a list of rules and guidelines for all users of the clubhouse. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Failure to abide by these rules may result in the clubhouse being open only during business hours. This would be very unfortunate as I know many of you are only available to use the facilities during the evening.

• No Food or Drinks in the business center
• No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the Clubhouse without adult supervision
• No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the pool unless accompanied by an adult
• Sauna users must turn off heat and close the door when finished
• When leaving after business hours, make sure that all doors are closed and locked behind you
• Please throw your trash away

Pool House Rules

During the swimming season, the pool hours will be from dawn to dusk weekly. Access to the pool will be in the clubhouse through the men 's and women 's shower rooms. This keyed entrance will be the only appropriate entrance to the pool. The gate and/or hallway door are NOT to be used as an entrance to the pool.

There will be NO lifeguard on duty and no staff at the pool; therefore, it will be a "swim at your own risk " situation. At all times, the following rules and regulations will apply:

• I. all persons must shower before entering the pool;
• II. Any persons having infectious diseases, open blisters or cuts are prohibited ;
• III. No running, rough play or excessive noise is allowed in the pool area or clubhouse ;
• IV. No food, drink, gum, or tobacco in the pool ; absolutely, no alcoholic beverages are allowed ; Food and non -alcoholic beverages are allowed on the deck area only.
• V. No diving
• VI. No dogs or other animals allowed in pool, clubhouse or on pool deck
• VII. All children ages 18 and under and guests must be accompanied by an adult leaseholder. Guest passes are required at $5.00 per day, per person for use of the clubhouse facilities.
• VIII. No glass of any kind allowed in pool area.
