Referral Bonus
You can receive a rental credit in the amount of $350.00 for successful rental referrals make to The Falls at Pike Creek, Basically, a successful referral is someone you refer to our apartment homes that applies, qualifies and moves in. Your referral must live at The Falls at Pike Creek for 30 days before you are eligible to take this credit.
Parking
Just a reminder....You must register, with the office, any vehicles that you will have parked on the premises. You must contact the management office if there is a change in your vehicle. You also must contact the management office for a temporary parking tag if you or guest will have a vehicle on the property longer than 2 nights.
Garbage Information
Within the fenced in Garbage area there are 2 dumpsters. One is for your non-recyclable trash. One is for your paper products. There are also two smaller trash receptacles, these are for your glass and plastic recyclables. Please do not throw regular trash into the recycle containers. The city will no longer be accepting glass for recycling, this has nothing to do with us. We have a contract directly with a trash company. Please note that recycling is not mandatary at our community but we have given you the option.
